Submit a Ticket on a Hacker

I have Attempted to Submit a Ticket on "Sin" an assassin using a bot in the Deserted Sea Multiple times. Each time the support page gives me an error. Can a GM or a Dev help me? or do something about the Bot, its really sad to see a R9 +12 sin Kill Stealing, Drop Stealing and Botting the Same area for 2weeks Strait even after what i assume was a Temporary Ban.
