I came to west arch being white named today. I didnt touch anyony and didnt have any pk hours. I got killed by a psy and dropped raps. Now wanted to know if it rly posssible to drop something if u are not infamous?

Yes. The chances are very small, but even white you can drop something. (Offhand I think it's 0.01%.)
