The turn in items DQ Lvl 41 more INV slots

Ok I have complete the DQ31 and got 8 more INV slots now on to the Lvl 41 DQ quest, I have found what I think will complete the quest but my problem is I cant find the NPC that gives it out? I have checked every Banker and INV NPC in every city i have explored and not 1 of them gives me that quest. Every time before the Bankerives it out.

So my ? is where is it? Or is the only way from here on out, I have to spend 2or3 Gold from the cash shop to expand my INV and SAFE space. Thanks for your time.

    Is there a lvl requirement or something to do it?

    My actual level is 47 not the 10<<< shown on my pic. Who knows when that will ever update. Im asking about the level 41DQ, so I think I am qualified for it.

    There is no option to turn in DQ41 for more bank slots. After 32 slots, you must use safe stones to expand it.

    There are occasional sales on the storage stones, you might want to wait for those.

    what Mayfly said. you can upgrade your bank only 2 times (32slots max) and i think that same thing goes for pet bags (cages).

    Pet bags can be expanded to 5 slots with in-game items. Venomancers get one free expansion with the completion of the level 7 Sacred Beast quest (which also gives you the skill book for Tame Beast), after that it's 20 hay, 50 fruit, 100 fungus and (for non-venomancers to get the 5th slot open) 150 wild ginseng. After that, you need cages.

    Mg_Zr wasn't trolling you, he was giving an honest possibility as to why there might be a problem. There was no call for being rude to him.

    Anyways, as noted above and at the relevant wiki entry, you can only expand your safe twice, once with the DQ20 items and once with the DQ31 items. There is no DQ41 version of those quests.
