No more possibility to get married

Hi everyone,

Like many people we have bought the wedding packs, opened them, did the quest and are now married. And when we searched for a date an hour to organize the wedding ceremony, we discovered that there is not a single hour which is untaken.
So, dear GMs, what the h*** do you have planned to do in order to fix it? At least an answer would be welcome, and opening the next month or sending to persons who can't plan their wedding an other item to do so, or the rewards of the ceremony would be fair. But, like every time we need a GM i so doubt they'll answer, i guess we have it in the a**.

PS: If i have to spam the forums to get an answer from you GMs, no worries... i'll do so.

    Last time this happened gm told everyone submit a ticket and they mailed people the things to schedule it later.

    Excuse me... but the ceremony quest at some chapel is NOT needed to be married.
    My wife and I just did the little quest thing to become married, and never bothered with the Chapel.

    Why?

    Cause, as far as her and I were concerned, it was not needed. We get to do the Marriage Quest every day, and anyone who sees us knows we are together. Other than things such as xp and spirit, what does having the chapel ceremony have to offer?

    It's not the years that matter, it's the milage that has true meaning. Do not spend your life trying to walk a mile in someone else's shoes. Walk the best path you can, and enjoy that journey.

    Frankie posted a great big warning, in advance, to everybody about the exact issue you're describing.

    Absolutely nothing was stopping you from reading it, then deciding, "Let's buy the packs, then wait before getting married, so that way we can have the ceremony."

    Well, i'm "sooo active" on forums that a forum ban wouldn't make me feeling hurt. Still thank you to warn me.

    About Frankie's post, well, having internet but for a week doesn't really help. Tho i heard that some GMs's posts weren't made so in advance, js. Between, from what i have seen, the same problem has already happened the last year, i didn't know. Guess this year GMs were too busy trying to fix snowmen.

    And HadesHound, you are all excused. That is perfectly your right not to want to bother with the chapel things, like i guess it can be mine to bother with it, at least for the fun of the ceremony and the rewards that you can get from it.

    I have tried the ticket, maybe that'll work, maybe not. In either case, i hope that in the future, there will be a biggest choice between the available hours. Still i am doubtful, but well...

    It's a glitch, both of u guys must have the Banquet Reservation at the first slot of ur inventory and squad up, the leader of the squad must talk to the NPC and set the date. b:thanks

    Hmm, I'm the OP's husband (married my seeker to his female sin, well). Laws, this has nothing to do with a glitch. We checked the whole calendar, every date, every hour this whole month were taken. Putting our reservations idk where isn't gonna free a spot on the calendar. The thing is, they don't have the option to book the wedding on next month, latest date we can book is 31st december.

    I think they should work on opening the jan slots now. Dunno how hard that is.. but it will help solve this issue. Either way the couples shud've checked the dates b4 planning to get married or plan on buying 2 banquet reservations later. I checked the dates and i have both the packs so i'm not worried about getting married after new years.
    Besides i'm marrying the most amazing girl in this game so no worries b:pleased
    Well imma keep myself busy for christmas till it happens o__o. I still have a bunch of movies i need to fight to get the tickets for b:shocked

    Just submit a ticket and they should give you a no time limit Banquet reservation. Did that last year when all the slots where full.

    Though why they don't just add the non-time limited reservation to packs to start with is beyond comprehension. Would stop any of this from being an issue pre-emptivly.

    Dont worry bout the wedding part..its over rated..next thing to complian about is the quest and such failing.And yeah wut u expect after a 10gold a pack wedding sale...DUHHH!!!!

    This just shows the severe **** poor planning on PWE. management feels they can just throw out some sales and not consider any issues that might happen. If it happened LAST year... why wasnt something planned to change the ceremony timers extended? Sorry but it just proves to me management of sales is being run by idiots. Kinda goes with the snowmen... People say China has snowmen and yet USA cant seem to get it right cause the people implementing the code and doing the translations (aka PWE in California) dont seem to have a clue.

    First we have sales that cause server instability. Then it was the SP blunder. Then the Wedding pack sale with no planning on who might want to have a ceremony with the LIMITED number of dates free. And then the snowmen which we still havent seen and yet Frankieraye has said will be coming. Snowmen will look pretty funny during EASTER.
