Cant Access Support

For some reason, support is telling me I have some kind of redirect problem, and I have unresolved tickets that I can't respond to. I have tried emailing, and I'm getting no results. Someone please look at this.

    It's not just you. Their ticketing system is totally unusable now, and they don't respond to the customerservice email address. It's almost as if PWE is trying to politely tell us to find a different company's games to play... b:surrender
