Support Site Offline - DOUBLE BILLING MY CC

You really screwed me this time!

Yesterday I went and bought 200 gold, today when I check my bank Statement you ****ing deducted it double!

This is blatantly theft! and I will press criminal charged against PWI!

I tried logging a Support ticket and what do I get? Your support site is offline. Great Support to the players of PWI that pays your wages!

I want this FIXED TODAY not a MINUTE LATER; I don't care for your reasons or excuses that it will take 3 - 5 work days for my refund.

You screwed me in the past and this will be the last time this happens.

GET OFF YOUR ***** AND FIX IT!

I have had fun in the past playing PWI but this really is ridiculous, thank you for **** up my Christmas!

    Another thing!

    Delete the phone number from your Billing e-mails since you give jack **** to answer it!

    Open a ticket, also, try posting in the Cash shop huddle, the proper location for posting billing issues.

    Ticket system is not working.

    Phones are not answered!

    have patience. there's a line of tickets in front of you. If you filled it out properly, someone will be with you soon to resolve that.

    If you filled it out incorrectly, it takes longer because the ticket has to get re-routed and then sit in line again.

    Typical response time is a couple of days.

    Have some patience.

    Also ^ This, tickets usually get resolved faster that making threads. In fact, you most likely wont get a response here, just submit a ticket and wait for a response.

    I tried to submit a ticket but it's not working, meaning i can't submit a ticket! Tried calling and i get no answer can even leave a message! So this is what i have left!

    I'm not giving pwi a couple of days to respond, they took my money in a heart beat and I want it back just as fast!

    So tell me now what the hell am i suppose to do, since Support Tickets page is NOT WORKING, the idiots behind the phone ignores the ringing and i can't leave a message since the mailbox is full...

    You think that's the way that Support for Paying customers is suppose to be like?

    Don't need to get angry. Call your bank and tell them that you didn't authorize the 2nd charge and file a claim. They will give mail you a form to dispute and also the credit back if you using Credit Card , if it is Debit Card then it is provisional fund. Be sure to keep all the receipts or evidences of your purchases so you can prove your case. Otherwise you can wait out to see what PWI staffs will say in a few days, still plenty of time by law to get your money back.
