Mailing issues

Recently I have mailed some money and other items to my character Varulae from my other character Konashimi by using mailbox. I checked my mailbox to see if it sent automatically but it hadn't. I waited a few minutes just to see if the game was being a bit slow on sending it. I turned off my game and logged out of my game. I soon became impatient and tested to see if it was just taking long by sending another piece of mail back. I actually received this mailed piece but that worried me. I had sent 400k and Porcelain Dress to my character Varulae, and yet it hadn't appeared in my mailbox.

Perhaps I had spelled the name wrong on my character, Varulae and even if I did. What would you do in that situation?
