I'm glad PWE uses an HTTPS secure site for gathering this information (unlike some companies that request it and do not which I won't name here), but why do I need to provide my name, address and phone number to use a pre-paid card? This wasn't the case before so why the change? Requesting this information would make a slight bit more sense if I was using a credit card something. Also what happens if I decided I wanted some zen at 3a.m. and didn't feel like waiting for a store to open and used the same billing information for two accounts?
