Let me tell you what I told Lost City forum when they complained about the same thing - It's two different styles of "trash talk". This thread is a good example of in-game trash talking, while recent threads have gone to the extreme of trash talking somebody's real life activities. Those are the threads that get locked up, so you guys know. If you guys can keep threads restricted to the game, and not involve another player's real life, then the thread will probably have more leeway.

That one does not have any personal attacks, and the flaming isn't even harsh or that "mean". So by your standards that topic should've stayed open due to it not involving personal attacks on someone's personal life or be considered over-the-top-flaming.
So why did you close it then?

The forums are dull and any topic gets closed nowadays, if you really meant what you said and weren't just blowing it out of your behind for the sake of having the last word. You guys should stop closing topics that are at least entertaining, flaming should be moderated.
Not having every topic instantly locked when there's a hint of flaming in it. 4srsly.

Thanks for the quick close, Krisnda, but I feel this one deserves some sort of an answer. I closed that thread because it was a spam thread. There is no way on God's green earth that an entire forum section would be devoted to a single faction, so to suggest such a thing is firstly flamebait, and secondly pointless spam.
