Looking For: Updated Beginner's Guide

The original thread by Aryanna is now outdated, and many of the links and pictures no longer work. I'm calling for someone (or some people) to submit pieces of info that you believe should be included in a good beginner's guide. You will be recognized for the piece (or pieces) of info that you submit, so go ahead!

Send me your submissions by forum PM or by posting in this thread, and make sure to note the character that you want the credit attributed to!

But I do have to point out that there's maybe one question a fortnight here from a new player, as opposed to the page of questions a day we used to get. Or, in other words: Why bother? There aren't any new players any more. There aren't that many OLD players any more.

Very nice, I'll be sure to put that selection of information into the new guide.

And to answer your other question, if even one new player is helped by such a guide, then the mission of the guide is fulfilled.b:mischievous
