    You can run it. It just won't be pretty since you're using onboard graphics.

    Dang i downloaded it but a bunch of weird symbols popped up when i tried to start it, some kind of error but i cant read it, idk what the problem is and rusty hearts says to download directx 9 when i already have dx 11, also said to install my graphics card driver, lol. something is wrong.

    You need to download the drivers for your video card. You should have also noticed that you don't even have Aero on.

    With that CPU he may not want Aero on anyway. Resources would be better put elsewhere than making the screen look pretty.
