Can we trade Zen or gold to another account?

Pretty much says it all. Account A buys $10 prepaid card , can i Trade the 1k zen or the 10gold to account B? say ingame? thanks my Main is account B. My e-mail is messed up as I cannot get it toi change as I forgot my PW on my Yahoo account and I cant remember the info needed to change it. Wrote it down somewhere and I have spent all am and it must have been thrown out.

Anyways there is NO way i can get my main to but Zen so can I use an alt account to buy the Zen and then trade it to my main either out or ingame. Thanks for your time.

no you cant trade zen to another acc, you can tho sell the zen OR buy the item on that "gold alt account" and then transfer it to ur main.
