Try to Leap quest help!

Hey guys i just made a wizard last night but got stuck on the try to leap jump quest ive already spent like 3 hours watching vids and forums doing all the diffrent things they do but cant make it up theiir and i kinda dont wanna skip it cuz i like to get all the quests done as they are given to me can anyone help with mabye some exploit or something anything would help please and thank you

    Grrrr, that leap quest is the only reason I've never made a human character. It's far too hard XD

    You should be able to make it up to the tallest rock nearby by going past the banker and up the roofs. Once you get up to the tip of the tallest rock, you have to run at the corner of the final roof, and jump off the rock at the last minute. Jump ONCE, wait as long as you can, and them press the space bar again to double jump. Try practicing a few times before you get the quest again, the timer can really **** with your head if you're not sure on what to do.

    yes, this seems to be the greatest bane of both human classes.
    perhaps the perpetrator is the, oh, so infamous... lag?

    I know unique way to do it during less than 5 min.

    1. Skip this quest until level 30.

    2. Get free fly sword.

    3. At level 30 fly and dig Chest of Trial on top of the South gate of Etherblade City.


    I did it myself.

    Without any problems.

    More, if you have female Wizard char, you can use riding help from any male char with fly mount.

    (Male char can carry female char of any level to those chest, I did it once for female char)

    jump on one if the small pillars on the gates roof right in front of the bridge then gently jump up there

    If u'r not female, or not lvl 30 and don't wanna wait..
    There is a herb in apothecary that makes u run faster, use it just before jump!
    I did that :P

    wait until you need to kill KunKun as wizard. I swear, some things in this game are just brain farts.

    Ok you guys kinda failed if you think KunKun was hard... 2 solutions:
    1. Just use skills to hit kunkun while random people kill longlegged texicons and torgrin sentry's for the quest... Usually like a few people are there for Antelope pups for some ite drop or something too.

    Anyways even if no one is up there... you still probably wont take aggro if the monsters are a little far from KunKun... Kunkun will resist damage, but he'll run towards the cliffs...just let him run up the cliff and chase him with a level 1 bow or magic sword (no difference cuz your only gonna do 1 damage anyways)

    If you suck at using DS just chase it over the mountain and then just attack him up there til he dies...

    2. Get a bow... Get your Flying mount, Take to the air, Snipe Kun kun into the villiage, get off your mount, Attack him between the rocks-> easiest method

    try to leap quest is an early catalyst for onset cashoppers trying to get you to buy a fly mount. at least, thats my conspiracy.
