Pets defensive mode - PK

Ok, so I am fully aware this is a ticket matter. But I submitted a ticket and it got closed without reply (wtf is that? customer service that ignores its clients? that's just ridiculous... i'm used to unhelpful answers from pwi, but not just being ignored completely).
In open PvP (not TW, duels, theatre etc), pets are extremely glitched. This includes both veno pets and mystic summons. Now I reported this for the first time at the beginning of the year, January I think, and again a week ago.
Essentially, pets struggle with using skills and attacking if they attack someone automatically. The main instance of this is being on defensive mode. They will simply follow whoever they're trying to attack, without hitting them, while skills go on CD but don't take effect. By manually telling the pet to use their skills, the bug is usually fixed.
This has importance as the best plausible anti-sin strategy available to mystics and venos - set pet to defensive mode with stun skill selected and when the sin attacks out of stealth, as they do 99% of the time, the pet should react and stun them.
Instead, their stun goes on CD without going off.
Minor glitch perhaps, but one I've reported without any reasonable response.
Communication from the devs and GMs with the client-base is shocking. I thought it was a paid job? I see more interaction with the forum mods, who are volunteers and don't usually have much of a clue of what goes on behind closed doors.

It was a completely fail attempt by the devs to keep Venos from going AFK with their pets on Defend as a sort of 'farm Sins' thing. Or something.
Personally, I just see it as another reason to never play my Veno again. EVER again.
Devs have broken Venos so much, I can't see how anyone enjoys playing them anymore.
As for customer disservice, try sending some kind PM to frankie, but seriously... Don't expect much other than a response of 'it's out of our hands, the Chinese Devs yell at me when I bring this up.'101 Sage Sin*/Archer
