Tec suggestion for client after or before download

Went through a mess with client would suggest site put a small sentence by download explaining that a dsl modem security setting will interfere with client if set on high security setting setting needs to be lower than medium,set to low setting ok.Know am not first to experience this and would be helpfull for future new downloaders to site ok and would help users a bunch knowing this ok,and would help site grow instead of confusion and loss of biz ok.And yes this is in right forum tec support :) This is a very small thing to do and a positive thing for site.Solved this on my own by the way tec support closed my tickets without responding by the way kinda sad situation when user has to solve on their own by the ways whys tec support here for anyways they shoulda spotted that by the screenshots I provided but they just closed tickets and no response at all just saying ticket closed.b:sad By specs a sentence should be put there saying this ok.b:shockedb:angryb:victory

    For those that can login but their char does not load reason most the time is you need be administrator account or main account holder on comp theres a thread that tells where to install for other users on a comp but a computer administrator puts rules in for other accounts and guest account etc has limits set for it k by administrator ok,if you are an administrator on comp you can create another administrator account separate and game installed there has full access ok,most use administrator accounts on comp reason why no problem downloading installing etc k when any other account besides administrator downloads game or client that account may be limited access on comp ok.So if char is not loading would suggest you are in a limited account ok,know this as fact ok if I try to play on guest account on my comp it lets sign in but char does not load because account is limited on computer ok.

    Know theres stickys on this but sometimes stickys arent read ok if you read this and learn from it reply to it to keep it bumped so it might help others ok.
