im lvl 29 and got like 12398 spirit and i cant choose the spell dragons breath for some reason..i dont get it..it also says something with spark..what is that ?

once you finish your cultivation, you'll get a spark
it shows up next to your chi bar, and it represents 100 chi. Casting dragons breath consumes one spark.
