What would I have to farm in order to collect a full set of TT70
Arcane Armor, along with the TT70 Magic sword?

I don't know exactly which ones to get. 1-3? 1-2?

Also, my poke skills are maxed. What do I level next?

Weapon - TT 2-1 first boss (and if u don't have TT60 weapon, then TT 1-1 Chin)

Robe - TT 1-2 last boss

    Pants - TT 2-1 wurlords

    Boots- TT 1-2 vipenalt

    Sleeves - TT 1-2 drummer

navigate through the TTs by using the arrows at the bottom of the page (the right arrow will move you to 1-2, etc.)
this will help you figure out which bosses drop what in certain TTs

as for what materials you need for your TT70 set...

    Snow Dance Pants

    Grief's Breath TT70 Magic Sword Option 1

    Ashura's Sign TT70 Magic Sword Option 2
    http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/14902

For both of the TT70 magic swords you will need to make and decomp the TT60 Magic Sword: Ancient Arbor
    http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/14900

At the bottom of each other these pages you can see the materials and how many of each material are needed to make the object. You can see its stats, etc. displayed at the top.

Learning how to use these 2 websites will serve you a lot. Also if you want to figure out which skills to level next I suggest you ask that question down in the Wizard sub forums or read the guides that are stickied there.

Hope this answers some of your questions.

Most of them, yeah, weapon and sleeves can be obtained through single mode though.

    highest priority skills:
    Max distance shrink
    Max ice shield, stone shield.
    Max stone rain

    Other skills:
    Get sandstorm up.
Glacial snare if you want to
Get will of the phoenix up
Morning dew (heal skill) can come in useful, just get it to lvl 3 or 4.

Which TT70 magic sword do you want?
    Grief's Breath or Ashura's? (Grief's - 10 Vit bonus, some magic atk...Ashura's - 10 Mag bonus, some mag atk)

Ashura's is a better item, but Grief's breath builds into a better TT80 sword.

Not really that experienced with wizard, but I found that Morning Dew is better to be maxed when you can with spare spirits/coins, always nice to be able to act as backup (slow casting) healer at time. Once had a BH51 where the cleric was **** and wouldn't purify often on wyvern, had to heal whole time to make sure our barb was staying alive/reduce his charm ticks. An another time, in BH59, we ended up going as 2-3 veno, 1 seeker? and myself, my backup heal really came in handy when the freshly resummoned herc decided to refuse to bash gluttonix (or so the veno said after it was death), ended up keeping alive one of the other veno after a 1/4th to a 1/2 of it's hp was gone until it gave out it's last breath, then some more until the burn finally ran out. b:chuckle

The channeling TT80 is Endless Ambiguity, made from Grief Breath.

TT 60 is all 1-1 and TT 70 is all 1-2 except for 2 bosses in 2-1

    Fataliqua: Frenzy Lion's Skin

General Wurlord: Forshura's Armor Forshura's Black Orb(gold drop)

Basically farm the hell out of 1-2 then sell extra to buy any of the 2-1 stuff you need.

Alright, yeah. Get Grief's Breath. You'll need TT2-1.

At level 80, you will have to decompose grief's breath to get the -chan lvl 80 sword.

If you get ashura's sign, you won't be able to get the -chan sword unless you buy it.

Also, if you plan on PvPing, get Blade Tempest levelled up fairly high.
