Ticket issues

i sent in a ticket 2 days ago about a problem ive had for months and have yet to hear an answer. and im getting a bit irritated. this is my 5th ticket about the same problem.

the first one was about my faction icon,in which i tried to manually submit a faction icon,i waited another month only to find out after my 3rd ticket that the problem was an apostrophe in my factions name. and that the reply in my first 2 tickets we're actually lies,and that i couldnt upload an icon at all.

now im trying to get help with changing the name so i dont have to pay another 12 mill just to make another faction so i can finally load a faction icon that i was told would be loaded months ago.
