    I think this is the problem people have,I get it too from some.     Little fun fact for Dark who claimed on page 2 or 3 that people join GD knowing they're not a TW faction. When Dark and Hazel or what's her face is called left Rad. They left to go and help an "up and coming TW faction".

    I was asked nicely to join GD a few days after they form before everyone I hated joined.
    I wonder what would have happened if I did join..................hmmmm....

    Of course, I nicely declined because I wasn't sure of the intent of the faction since I left TE, plus having a "Z' in place of an "S" in GoldDigrz was a turn off.

    I was also asked nicely to join and I had disagreements with Enrage at the time so I might actually have done it, but I didn't like MoonAura and she was the leader so....

    Every person who is interested in joining and is invited to join, gets on vent and has a discussion about the guild, it's intentions and expectations etc, so it's very clear to everyone what the guild is all about, as well as the guild learning about the potential new member. While I may have termed it "up and coming TW" it was basically an up and coming new guild with ppl I knew, and it was doing TW each week....... so however you wish to look at it is ok with me. We attempted to be good Rad members while there right up to the very last minute.... and some of us got trashed in the forums there for leaving....not very Radiant was it?

    Glad I made the move then, still glad now.

    Can't remember if there was any "trashing", but i do remember when you and others who left mentioned "helping out a new faction", then joined GD who weren't new at that time anymore. That was something people found surprising and was indeed passed along on forum. You tried to word it as if you you wanted to be helpful to a newb guild and start them up or whatever, but it was in fact just a normal ordinary guild hop to another faction. Nothing wrong with that, but it's been a trend with so many people to hide their true intentions in their leaving post, just to find out their true intentions once you find them in enrage or GD.

    We already knew we were in prior to leaving and stayed to TW with Rad, because that was the right thing to do, rather than leave them short even more ppl than they already were. We had no hard feelings or dispute at that time, just wanted a change. I just love how ppl try to put spin on something thats not there. Leaving a guild on good terms shouldn't burn bridges anyways, ppl want to make it impossible to do so......

    GD wasn't brand new, no, but certainly was small for quite a while, and was starting to gain momentum, so yes it was an opportunity to go to a guild that was "growing and newer" rather than to another older guild. We never said we went to a brand new guild..... So no not trying to hide true intentions; there is no such thing on this server when you leave 1 guild to go to another, everyone knows within minutes.

    Talking to people before adding them to the guild seems smart to me, so what?

    I know some guilds ( cough cough ) don't ask for anything, and have turnover like crazy.

    You didn't burn bridges to rad, and you left on good terms. Also there wasn't any trashing, only some comments people made. But you'd think it's strange for people to make comments when you leave shortly after GD won a TW against radiance?

    it doesnt matter how long you've been in a guild or how many friends you have there.When you leave ppl will talk.They will draw their own conclusions as to why you left,regardless of wether they had been told or not.some will be upset,others won't care.to sit there and be surprised at any reaction,imo,is stupid.you should expect all sorts of reactions and take the words of the individuals with a grain of salt

    Coming from a guy who quit/rage quit enrage 4-5 times. At least one of the times was directly to join another guild. I was let back in after about a line of two of PM. You must be on pretty ****ty footing or is expandable.

    This reminds me of the majority of the people that have left Enrage. Their reasoning included: Taking a break from TW, TW bores me, Im quitting the game, Im to busy to play anymore...blah blah blah..and next thing we see is what?? Them joining another faction...like GD (most go there for some reason?). Then when they're there, they play normal without any changes in times they log on and off...you see them in TW regularly when fighting againts us...(when they TW). Its all just a pusseh excuse to say they were leaving to join someone else. Which is totally fine, but why beat around the bush :P? In example, people like Missy's fav 5 squad who all "quit" b:chuckle but find them all in GD a week later...b:victory

    Which is why I like a few of my reasons for leaving enrage. Pretty sure at least one of them include "enrage sucks balls... so i am leaving".

    It's a game... in/out of game relationship probably counts more then whatever guild name is above someone's head. That's probably better then most reason that I heard of people leaving a guild.
