Hi.

Conveniently your Ticketing System is having technical issues, otherwise I wouldn't be posting in the help topic here.

Can you please give me an idea how to ask why my account is banned? My cleric account, which contains Aryasmodeus lvl 100 cleric, has been banned with no explanation sent to the correlating e-mail address.

Why, please?

    You can try using a different web browser, new tickets are still coming in.

    You can also send an email to customerservice @ perfectworldinc.com

    Account issues and bans are not discussed on the forums.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
