Can't get to my tickets.

"Insufficient Account Information
This portal user does not exist."

I get this error when I try to look at my tickets. It does not matter what browser I am using. >.<

I've cleared the cache, I've tried Chrome, Firefox, IE, Opera, and Safari. (just logging into the site with Opera is a real chore.)

Oh, I noticed that it shows me as logged in up top, but within the support section, it shows that I am logged in as guest.

I'm sure this probably is because of the similar issue I have receiving rewards, which is what I have a ticket open on that I am unable to look at.

Clicking on the link in the e-mail to get to my ticket gives me a "page not available" error. After refreshing a few times, I eventually get the error that I mentioned above.

    Customer Support says:

If you have changed your email address and get the error message:

    "Insufficient Account Information
This portal user does not exist."

You can change your email to a third email address (Email C in the diagram below), and then change it back to the email address that you want (Email B in the diagram).

    Handy Diagram:

Email A -(changed to)-> Email B (Support site error messages)
    Email B -(changed to)-> Email C
Email C -(changed to)-> Email B (Support site works again!)

You should then be able to access the website Support portal and rest of the website.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Yeah I got that e-mail.

    Problem with that is...

    1. I've never changed my e-mail.
    2. It was working just fine last week when I submitted the ticket, (that they still haven't looked at), and I haven't changed anything since then.

So that's obviously not the issue.

Edit: If I go to ticket.perfectworld.com I have no trouble at all making a new ticket. Someone needs to look into what's really happening instead of giving me advice that doesn't fit the situation.
