How to get unbanned

euhmm...

This was not posted to discuss a ban, the ban is legit. I messed up my paypal when changing bank. Hence the honest mistake.

But my question wasnt: Why did I get banned?
But how do I access my ticket when they route me in the ticketsystem.
I cant log in to my account. So I cant see a ticket when they reply.

Anyone with experience can enlighten me?

    using the email registered to the banned account send an email to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

    1. You will receive email about their decision.
    2. You will be able to access your account if their decision will be positive.

    So the automated message saying I have to look in my ticket is not gonna affect their email to me?

    No, it (automated message) is independent from the type of your request.

    Sweet, thats all I wanted to know.

    Thnx for the info, first time it happend, so kinda freaked out :P hehe...
    I changed my info, so it shouldnt happen again.
