How do I get unbanned?

Hello forum,

I send in a ticket due to a paypal issue. Honest mistake, no offense.
I send in an email with my explanation and asked them how I could pay the remaining money.
I got an automated message saying I got routed in the ticket system...

WHICH MAKES NO SENSE CAUSE I CANT LOG IN MY ACCOUNT!

So I cant see the ticket...

Anyone else has a sollution?
