Something strange - PWI's forum location

There's something about PWI's forum location which I can't believe: Flagfox says it's hosted in Bulgaria (my country). O_o How's that possible? Is here any user who has Flagfox addon on his Firefox and if "yes" - can you tell me what your Flagfox says about that?
The strangest thing is that a few other sites for IP looking up state that PWI's forum and website are located in Bulgaria, which I find it more than impossible.

I know the question might look idiotic to some people but if this is a FF/Flagfox bug I'll have to report it and I'd prefer to be sure before I report it.

    Erm. Certainly odd.
    Either flagfox (I just installed it to check up with you) doesn't work that well or the IP of the actual location is hidden/camouflaged well.

    Flagfox says that the forum's location is in France.

    IPs are bounced all the time to speed connections and avoid region blocks. That could be the case here.
