How to improve my Gear?

Ok before some person writes: "your gear sucks everything can improve it" etc

I know my Gear is completely subpar... Iono why the **** im not getting any good drops even when i am Running BH and slow grinding (not hypering). And so even though, im level 68 right now, i projected my gear in two more levels.

Btw i did get the sleeves of the Sea captain so plz note that.

So yeah What should i be getting now...?

    meh for level 70 that armor is decent. I'd just recommend getting a tt70 wep instead of using ancient arbor for 10 more levels.

    Look at my Wizard level 70 and decide yourself. I used it without any problems.
    You far yet from level 77, so Sleeves of the Sea captain are far from you too.

    If I had 2966 life without buffs and you have 1840 life, physical defense without buffs more by 3 times than your, what can I say ?

    How'd you get all those Equips? and the tome?...? Very interested in your sleeves and necklace
    And yeah i did say my gear sucks but im not gonna mass shard like you did cuz i am low on money :P

    I bought them and I made them. All my crafting skills were maximized. I produced many items myself.

    I got many dropped from mobs items.

    I used Auction house to buy necessary for me items and to sell necessary for players items.

    Example:
    To enlarge bank's storage people need DQ, which I sold to them.
    They need DQ items to get flyers an mounts from Event shop too, so I sold some DQ to them
    Same for Pet's cage (they need hey and Fungus), 2 star items for crafting skills, etc.
    I produced items using molds and people bought them.
    I produced Tomes myself too.
