How do you get Insignia of Glacier

Found this item at pwdatabase with no explanation of how to get it. Googling didn't help. How do you get this ornament?

    its something from the P2P versions old frost gear instance never implied to the F2P version

    Actually, the original Frost used to exist on the F2P servers. It was changed because it was considered too difficult, and was then closed because of it being broken. When they finally re-released it, it became the Exp farming instance we currently have, which is MUCH easier than original Frost.

    i know i said the item was never implied here not old gear instance frost i did old fors ton this char and it was hard but so much rewarding doing it whole. Not to mention the days of farming the curvades to summon the bosses damn that was a pain to unlock squad mode

    With current gears, old Frost now would both be challenging and extremely fun.

    New Frost isn't just easy... it's TOO easy.

    It wasn't even really challenging the first time.

    New Lunar is lame too.

    Too bad PWE never got the thought that hey, maybe it's too hard right now, but give it a year or two and people will love it. Bzzzt.

    I don't believe that the game is ruined, I just think it damaged the delicate balance games have between being new-player-friendly and too easy.

    The funny thing is... about the time they changed it, the server was just maturing to the point to where Frost was doable. In all my many different attempts, we nearly got close to the 4th boss once. I was still pure axe, and I had just finished farming my 90 green. It was only like a +2 set and the rest of my party was similarly geared.

    If they had waited 6 months to change it, there would have been at least a few parties either complete it or get close. A lot of people were just starting to run or at least really attempt Frost at that point.

    And, I'm not unbiased... I was pretty close to unlocking squad mode myself, along with a couple of my friends who we already unlocked. One of our goals was to unlock squad mode on all of our chars and farm some gear for our alts.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.
