"Portal user does not exist"

I tried send the ticket to the technical support and I keep getting after clicking Request Suport opption the page displaying "Insufficient account information. This portal user does not exist."
Anyone knows what this is about? I have filled in all the data required at registration...

The ticket I'm trying to send is about the client crashing to the bug report when I leave my char vendoring in Archosaur.

    Whenever I get that, I just use a different browser and it works. Sometimes just keep trying and it will eventually work.

    Exactly the same result on all browsers. Any other suggestions?
