I was wondering how much zen do i have to transfer to earn charge reward points?

    Hey Tigriss

    any amount of Zen transferred will accumulate the same amount of bonus points. Though it is advisable to transfer at least enough Zen in order to earn one of the prizes, since the bonus points have an expiration date as noted in Frankie's Charge Rewards posts.

    Thats why im wondering. I just transfered 2000 and didnt get any points.

    Hi Tigriss_o, the most recent Charge Rewards promotion occurred from 11/11 til 11/14, so any ZEN purchases made after the 14th at noon will not be awarded any Charge Reward Bonus Points.

    Oh ok. I saw it up there in the Community thing and thought it was an ongoing thing like DQ rewards. I was on another one of my long breaks just came back this month.

    I charged more than 200 gold and dident recieve any bonus charge rewards what to do?
    Support tickets aint working?
