Support Site Down

Just an FYI in case anyone is paying attention here...

It appears that the support site is having some major issues. I'm trying to look at a ticket on another account and no matter what browser I use, the page is throwing an error and not loading.

(I've used IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari)

it seems to be affecting ticket.perfectworld.com, but not support.perfectworld.com

Edit: Now it's going through, gratz on fixing it.

    I am attempting to submit a ticket and finding that the ticket site is not loading or offering any options. Not that I have had much luck when I have sent in tickets but I would like to send on in still - is the link down again? and if so any idea on when it will be back up?

    This is correct, it is currently down. Please send an email to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com if you have problems the forums and FAQs can't solve for you.

    Please include what game, characters, server, and any additional info of what type of problem you thin it is.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
