DQ Reward oddness

So I'm a bit confused; today I finally hit 50k DQ points; and decided to redeem them for Event Gold. I selected my character as I had for all my previous DQ transactions; yet I have not recieved the item yet; as of writing, it has been almost 7 hours since the transaction. I'm unsure if I should just submit a ticket; keep waiting; or what. Any advice, or am I asking in the wrong forum?

    Did it actually subtract the DQ points from your total? It's possible that a hitch may have occurred when you clicked, and it didn't go through.

    If the points are gone, then I would suggest submitting a ticket.

    Tbh, I was just randomly going through the site until I saw that you were still a moderator for PWI. XD
