Not Able to obtain my Redeemed rewards from november event.

Hi, i need a G M to help me please. i have just recently Redeemed my november event rewards and the page said it was successful. Yet, in game i havent got a single mail or anything with my rewards. its been more then 5 hours and i still didnt receive.

    They have been known to take in excess of 24 hours to push the batch job through.

    date for the forum topic on that was april 5 2011, there is NO armagedan, 1/2 the codes for the boxes are outdated and not working. Seems this is an error on the part of pwi since 90% of the players never got the email to begin with.
