Help with my safe code

Hello Pwi admins

i sended a ticket already to support about my account being **** but since i was online i was able to boot that person before he did to much to my acc and changed the passwords
i didnt losed any gear or money at all since i had my safety lock activated but the person was able to bound my account with a safe code than i have zero knowledge before i boot him; since i didnt need to put a code since i constantly changed my account password, im not asking for to much just to be able to access my bank,account stash,switch gear no need to refund stuff etc just to reset that safe code so i can play properly again

Pd: no bashing comments, i know i did bad not adding a safe code :/ but ppl commit mistakes im asking for help not a lecture

    And...to be honest... RedRaidrs Faction from Sanctuary have had a lot of player being ****, not only losing their possessions but the hacker/hackers were able to change their password too, and steal their account. This is a serious matter that needs to be fixed and followed up... and none of them shared their accounts or did anything wrong. Nor is it compulsory to set safe codes either, though it is smart and safer to do so.

    The only way to get your Safe code reset is through submitting a ticket.

    Posting here asking for GM help doesn't work anymore because they rarely spend any time bothering to come to the forum, they're too busy not working on tickets.

    I posted a ticket a while ago about something else, same kind of reply was given to me about answering verification questions but they never sent me them questions. I sent them another mail via the My Support page where I had my closed ticket and followed up on it, but I still haven't yet gotten a reply to fix the problem.

    I'm just afraid that this kind of treatment would be applied to Oscar, and at the end he won't ever be able to get access to his bank.

    We are still waiting for the verification questions as they said to answer so we can get this over and done with.. i don't know why they always do things half-assed and not finish the case properly but close the ticket just because we acccepted the solution.

    It currently takes them at least a week to take the first real look at your ticket.

    It's been 3 WEEKS ever since I accept the solution to my ticket.

    I accepted my solution on the 24th of October.

    Anymore reasons why I have not gotten a reply?

    If the purpose of a ticket is to solve a problem which it is, then it is NOT THE END if the problem is NOT solved. That is a solid fact that will never change.

    Closing it without the problem solved imo is like shutting you up and holding you back. Its so close to being solved, why can't they just carry out their last step and finish their customer service they started?

    I guess people would need to spam those tickets to get their attention and ACTUALLY fix it instead of just providing you a solution but not initiating it. To me that's like waving food at a starved person but not let them eat it. Disgusting way of torturing.

    If they offered a solution and you accepted that solution, then that closes the ticket and they don't look at it anymore.

    If the solution that was offered did not fix the issue, then you should not have accepted it. (i.e. they did not follow through, or did totally the wrong thing. (I've had this happen.))

    Getting your safe code reset isn't hard. You submit a ticket, they ask some security questions, it gets reset, end of story.

    If they failed to achieve this through the ticket, open a new ticket, PM DarthPanda16, or send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com and describe in detail what your issue is and reference your existing ticket and what was done or not done there.

    Also note that CSM's do not work weekends and are only available regular hours Pacific time during the week.

    Threads in the forums about stuff like this tend to fail because the GM's don't have the time to come out here and look that often, and because of the previously stated hours of operation.

    I didn't want to accept the solution because I KNEW they would close and do nothing about it. But there was only a accept and decline.

    It IS hard, because you know what? We did the process up to there until they won't give us the verification questions like they said they would, so THIS is the problem - THEIR problem for not sending over the questions.


    I've sent a pm to DarthPanda16 already, and he gave me customersupport@perfectworldinc.com
    to email the stuff about the ticket. This apparently, was a fail address. He gave me a wrong address to send to as this email doesn't even exist..

    I will try your one Allisandre, hope it would work this time.

How are we going to contact them directly? -__- Sent ticket, Pmed GM, GM gave wrong email, then got the RIGHT email from a kind player, but now telling me to directly contact them.. geez guys you are REALLY helping out your so called 'valued customer'...
