Dragon Orb Ocean Reward?

so i bought a stack of 5 ocean orbs yesterday around 9 pm servertime (Momaganon).
its 3 pm now and i still didnt get my demon/sage event card. it was even announced on facebook...did you forget me? are there any technical problems? whats going on?

    A lot of people are reporting it. I would expect that it has to be mailed out by hand, or the automated method hasn't been started up yet. I'll point frankie to the posts about it when he gets in.

    I got mine yesterday after 3 minutes, so i guess its not (completely) broken b:sad

    so what you are saying you have to spend a crazy amount to get a event card thats in the dq rewards?...awsome lol

    you miss the point

    you are not spending 100 gold for 50 event gold

    you are spending 100 gold for five +10 orbs
    you happen to get a bonus from it, which is event gold

    Well i still havent gotten my reward from the ocean orbs.. and its been 2 days already

    i havent gotten mine either. QQ need it so i can refine my stuff to +7 and then buy oceans again b:surrender oh well givin it some time for now xD

    Yeah, my girlfriend had the issue, talked to live support, their response was "purchase 5 more and see if it works." FRANKIE! Yell at live support.

    Ok, so far the system's been working correctly for the vast majority of people. If you purchased a 5-pack of oceans but haven't received your demon/sage card within a couple of hours, please submit a ticket with CS, and they will get you squared away.

    They'll also be able to check what time it was when you purchased the 5-pack, and make sure that it occurred during the promotional window.
