Guide button problem

The (?) button for the guide keeps freezing. It keeps flashing but I can't click on it. It is like that on both my characters and I don't know how to fix it. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

    I had this happen once when i moved the horn announcement window over to that corner of the screen. Aside from that, I dunno.
