Rank 6 weapons

So i was wondering, is it possible to get the rank 6 weapons from the sage dude, and if not will it ever be available or is that just a useless npc?

    It is very possible.

    As for where to get the badges: City of Abominations, Dragon Orders, Weekly Race, Cube of Fate and Dragon Temple.

    Weapon of the sages do not come with rank 6 and are unrelated to rank aside from the 35k rep requirement to get them.

    And yes, they're available and have been available for some time now. Clicky.

    Get one of each sign to the messenger of the sages, have 35k rep, and pick this quest to get the weapon of your choice. Not worth it nowadays for the most part, though.
