question about mods/support

{edit} i apologize to the Mods, this post was directed towards GM's and whoever they have controlling tickets and live chat systems

why are there so few of them? i mean im not bashing pwi or anything,its a good game but when problems do occur,it takes weeks and sometimes more. i mean,i submitted a ticket about my clans photo not loading over a month and a half ago and ive never gotten anything back at all.

just seems things would get done if there were more on staff or something and im curious why there never is. doesnt even have to be a GM so much as a person paid to just play ingame regularly.

i know the few GM's we have do what they can,it just seems like it would be more productive and make fixing issues and answering player questions would get fixed and sorted out alot faster if they hired more staff or something. i know pwi isnt a huge game just yet,but it is getting there.

more and more players join all the time,and because of this more issues and questions present themselves faster. but it just seems pwi has well enough money to expend on at the very least a few more staff GM's or support. im sure many of the players would love to be hired for something like that even for a low income it would be an amazing job. i know for a fact everyone i know who plays would kill for a job at pwi,myself including.

    I submitted a ticket three weeks ago about a very simple, 5 minutes to answer issue. I tried live support numerous times but they had pulled all the GMs away each time. I think I tried 6-7 times taking great care to make sure they were actually supposed to be there. I got a response and the response was "see solution" but there was no solution to be seen. They hadn't actually given an answer. Tried live support again, figuring it was an easy mistake but...guess what wasn't staffed. PWI is a great game, I agree. But I also wish they would either increase the size of their staff...or at least staff the things they say they are going to staff at the time they say they are going to staff it. If they can't operate it that day, at least post a note or something. :P

    As for you issue...I think faction icons are usually uploaded during patches, so here's hoping your issue is fixed tonight.

    In my opinion, I think PWE purposely is low on staff to save money and such...


    The GMs here rarely address the players' questions. If you give a "scathing critique" about the GMs or Mods, they automatically lock, delete, or even ban you.

    Players complain about customer support, however some players will defend the support because they were helped in a matter of hours.

    I've only used it once a long time ago because I had a quest problem for my final Sage fairy, they pretty much said too bad, oh well, redo it.

    I like you guys b:cute And I think it's the uniform. People see that badge and think you're a GM so any irritation at the game they direct it at you guys. Kinda like some find cop uniforms sexy. But instead of thinking it's sexy, players see it and think RAAAGGGEEEEEEEEEEE. b:angry

    actually you are pretty active,ive seen you on alot of forum posts and such,along with a few others,just seems like the direct support features arent used much like live chat and such

    eh,i apologize nonetheless. i know the pwi staff isnt lazy,with all the updates/patches and with how many players there are it must get busy as can be. i just dont see why they dont just expand to help ease the burden on such few people they have for support features

    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute

    I mod my way, and kritty and krisnda mod their way, but all an all we work together 100% of the time. If I get hated for my way, people can always PM me, and I will reply, or at least take what I can from it and try and change what I can. But I won't change the fact I am here to mod the forums the way they should be.

    To be fair, as of late, mods have been really good with not locking threads which 2 weeks ago would have been. I don't know other threads off hand (but I noticed a good bunch of them) including this one.
