Hey Frankie, Could you please stop pulling the entire team from Live Support?

Because I've tried on numerous different occasions at random times when the page says it will be staffed, and haven't gotten through even once since July. Also, when you give a solution to a ticket, can you actually put the solution in the ticket. Because mine just says "see solution" after waiting three weeks for a response and i don't want to decline it until I know what it is I'm declining. b:surrender Even just one person in charge of answering the phones during times it says you can beep them on live chat would be nice. b:sad
That or maybe updating your hours on the live chat page so we players know when we can use the feature would be nice.

he doesn't read that stuff their dedicated staff in India does! The answer is never going to be what you want to hear or it will simply be what you want to hear just so they can get rid of you.0

Hell if he didn't pull the GM's from live support, our tickets would never get looked at. It's taking them an average of over a week just to give us some lame coined response because they didn't take the time to read the ticket. A full month or more to actually get to the point where they have to admit that they either A, Don't have a clue, B. We're actually working on a better ticket system right now, and that system will likely include an improved LiveChat system as well.
Until then, Customer Service efforts will be 100% directed toward incoming tickets, so please submit one for any issue that you experience.
