    The first step is mortgaging your house...

    (Seriously, warsoul weapons are out of reach of most people because of how expensive they are.)

    Here is the pwdatabase page on Flowing Stardust, which includes the recipe. You can click through the mats required, then start trying to gather the mats to make the mats... if you aren't totally discouraged.
