Invisible or naked characters, no sounds in an instance

In the last few days I noticed something strange: some characters when in an instance are either invisible or naked.

As you can see these characters are not just invisible (altough they're still clickable) but their faces are missing. "Best performance" was off all the time. When we get out in the world the invisible characters become invisible.
Also, there are some characters which are almost naked - wearing only pants and nothing else. This problem appears ony in instances and when we're out in the world these naked characters "begin" to wear only trousers and nothing else. Such a character is KENNYKY - every time we find ourselves in the same squad in an instance he's wearing only pants, but his uniform returns with flickering (between visible and transparent) when we go out in the world.
Problem number 3 with instances - approx. 5 minutes after entering all sounds of my character disappear and I can hear (sometimes) only the sounds of the characters around me, altough the most of the time it's complete silence - no sounds from me, squad members or even monsters. Yesterday sounds disappeared for a while, came back in the middle while we were beating a boss and then disappeared again, but came back outside in the normal world.
There's onme more thing with sounds but it happens veeeeery rarely - sound's gain is getting louder and quieter in the matter of seconds. For example, if Dragon's Breath sound is 0,0 decibell (Db) by default, suddenly it becomes +9,0 Db, then in 1-2 seconds at that value it drops down to -6,0 Db. These values are just for the example, so that you understand what I mean.

Same thing happens when you log in in a crowed place, most shops will not have titles /names & toons will not appear only new ones that reach your view range.
