Your first FB experience

Well I personally started originally on Heaven's Tear, just slightly before the genie expansion as after I left I saw the genie expansion, and came back probably a year before t.born's came out, and I started out playing a veno. Though the reason behind that was more innocent than most people, it was cause I could have a pet to keep me alive. I liked that idea.

Anyhow, I got that veno to lvl 19 or 20 and I needed to do the fb19. I managed to kill bout 6 mobs solo before I ran outta pots and I really didn't have any clue where to go for help xD. After this I got really bored of the game so I just left, and upon coming back I jumped through many classes to try them all out before settling on the bm. At which point I sold off all gear on the rest of my characters, NPC gear, pots, drops, etc. etc, and sent all the coin to my BM. This allowed him to start off pretty well. I got to lvl 79 pretty fast w/o hypers or anything, just quest, CS and then BH's once they came out. But once I hit lvl 19 on this character I actually had some lvl 30-40 friends who helped me clear out the fb in a matter of minutes. I was in awe of this xD, so it motivated me really well to level up my original bm (LifeHunting).


So yeah, that was my first experience in a fb x3

I think i was around level 20s or 30s and this random squad ran it for me, where i found them i dont even remember. I do remember them picking up all my drops tho b:sad but the 3star weapon thankfully went into my inventory b:cute

Well, this would be back in mid- to late-2009. I had originally planned on soloing as much as I could. However, when I tried to solo my FB19 it was too hard, so I put it off, not really knowing what it was. By the time I got up to level 29 I kind of knew what it was, so I thought it was time to get it out of the way so I could do my FB29 as well.

I didn't really know what to do, so I think I stood around in Plume yelling for someone to help me do Cave of the Vicious. Eventually someone offered to help. He called in some other "high level" players (I don't recall how much higher, since back then level 50+ was "high level" to me) and we just blew through Cave of the Vicious. Then they told me they'd help with my FB29 too, so I flew through the quests needed for that one too, and finished that one up before I could even catch my breath.

Then the squad disbanded with barely a goodbye, leaving me wondering what had happened, and becoming a little paranoid that maybe I'd been ripped off somehow, since they were so eager to help, rushed me through everything, and didn't really explain anything. Kind of a weird experience, really.

I eventually figured out I hadn't been ripped off, but when I did my FB39 I made sure the group slowed down explained to me what was going on. I think I was probably in a faction by level 39, so that helped.

So, that was my first FB experience.

Hms my first fb.. was the Veno fb 19.. and I hardly remember it.. but it was very confusing.. I started before the genies and was invited into a faction and i felt so small there they were all really higher lvl than me.. but when it came to my Fb.. They watched till I was lvl 19 20ish.. and asked me if I had the quest.. then ran me through it.. via a really high lvl Veno running though.. non stop till the middle room.. Killed them all.. then continued to run to the boss dragging all the mobs along again.. it was.. very.. quick and confusing..
