problem with zen

well i had been payed 2 times zen , both times got "declined" BUT my credit card got empty so money for zen r gone but no zen i get declined and wtf... so all says succesufull and money r gone but after 5 hours i come back from work cuz i had to wait till i recive my zens and i see 2 times DECLINED so i am asking HOW DO I GET MY ZEN SANSE I CANT GET my money back!!!!!>>>???????
