can sins still do p lvl?

i been gone for a while, i was told they stopped sins soloing ff or something? is this true? can we still p-lvl for cash or wut?

    Unless your method of powerleveling involved glitching the 3rd boss, you're still good to go.

    thats funny cuz I saw someone WC "pwlvl just heads 400k" WHEN people used to sell that same part of an instance for 200k tiiiiiiime ago :p

    As of sins, I guess, yes, you can still plvl noobies.
