I'm having problems with two of PWI's events.

The Charge Rewards this Weekend, which gives us 1 bonus point for 1 zen gotten.

Yesterday I bought a 3k zen quantity, even the Purchase History Recognized it, but i didn't get any Bonus point for this.

I would like to know why please.

Second event issue, PWI's Anniversay Rewards.

I've already completed 1 year as a PWI's user and when i applied for the mount I couldn't get it, I only got hypers, but it's been clearly more than 1 year since i've started playing. I would like to know why i didnt get my anniversary mount please...

    on the first point, I guess you need to make a ticket,

    on the second point....

    the gifts are calculated from the first anniversary date you were a member....
    not when you signed in.

    so, if you joined on october 2009 you will get the 1 year gift, it you joined in august 2010, you get it too...
