Having Problems with PW's Events

Hi, well at firs i'm having problems with two events: PWI – Charge Rewards this Weekend (11/11 – 11/14)! And PWI's Anniversary Rewards.

At the first event issue, I've recently bought 3k zen from PWI's Purchase Zen site, the purchase History has registered it, but i didn't get any Bonus points from that! The Bonus point's site only recognized "two" of my past transations from 10/02/2011 1k and 06/23/2011 1k.

But I bought Zen yesterday 2011-11-10 (according to the Purchase History, which has recognized taht I bought zen) and i didnt get any bonus points!

I would like to know WHY this is happening please.



2nd Event Issue: PWI's Anniversary Rewards.


When it started i got my prize which were hypers. Ok, I was missing only 1 month from being a 1 year user.

The Rewards' page has gone down for a while but then PW put it back up. That was right when i completed 1 year of game.
So in order to get the so wanted anniversary mount I applied for it again.
After waiting for 24 hours, i didn't get anything, and all i wanted was the mount...
Why didn't i get it if i'm already a 1 year user?

For the Zen bonus points, post in the Cash Shop Huddle, or submit a ticket. Sometimes they are really slow at applying things.

For the latter, the reward is based on when you created your account. Also, once you get your reward, that's it, you get no more. Even though they extended the time that you can receive your gift, the items you qualify for are still based on the anniversary time-frame, not when you choose to pick up the reward.

i.e. If you registered in October 2009, and pick up your reward on November 2011, you will still only get the one-year reward. The year is based on having opened the account in September. Because of this the tracking for the rewards counts a year as September-September, regardless of when you apply for it.
