Delta glitched?

I've recently noticed a change in Delta since the Trials content was released, but correct me if I'm wrong. My squad and I, who have been doing full Delta's for a while now failed on wave one. ONE. That's seriously ridiculous. Is it me or are the mobs stunning BB out now on wave 1, rather than on waves 3 and 9? Maybe we're having an off night, but it happened to me last night, as well, where everyone was on their game.
Any information on this would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Your squad must've been fail if you couldn't adapt to bb suddenly dropping on wave 1.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Pretty sure any player with decent gear can solo w1 at spawn point regardless of sleep. How your whole experienced squad got wiped... can't help you there.0

Even the most pro squads fail on occasion.
Delta is kinda funny. Sometimes you pass with a party that you think has no chance and fail one that shouldn't have any problems.
And even that's back in the old days when we used to do full GV as a daily, though most of my failed attempts were because I was taking culti squads. Those are the most likely to fail.I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.0 -

crypt sorcerer does sleep
no aggro mean cleric bb drop
fail puller and squad for allow cleric to get aggro
and must be fail cleric for not paying attention0 -
The reason I asked is because there were two clerics in squad (I wasn't healing, but instead running quests and digging). And BB hasn't been healing very well as of late, I've noticed. Not only mine, but other clerics' as well.0

I've never seen this b4.
If that's true, why can't the tank be put to sleep?
The only time I've had an issue on my barb was w3 stuns.lvl101 Legit archer...not 1 hyper used or multi-FC0 -

crypt sorcerer on w1 can sleep anybody but the chances arent very high per single mob
if fail puller enter bb wo proper aggro obv they aggro to cleric
cleric that get sleep drop bb depend on how fail squad is they might die
op obvious experience bad puller cuz sorcerers sleep w1 is nothing new
they also confuse sleep for stun only stun mobs w3/w9 exclude a couple wave bosses0
