And how do you get it? From charging zen? If you do get it from charging zen, can you get it with the little card things? If you can then, I should have A LOT more than 2,000.

Those charge reward gain "points" only during the days they announce it.

For exemple, this weekend, anyone who does charge will get points. If you charge after the 14th, you will get no points.

So to answer ur question, you probably charged in game when the "promotion" wasn't in effect. It really only tallies up during the specific dates announced..
