I tried to mail someone in-game, and I got the message "Recipient's mailbox is locked." What's up with that? Is my game glitchy, or is it something on their end?

    That's a message that you typically get when someone has not logged into that character for over 30 days.

    I do not know of any other reasons that you would get that message, except maybe if the recipients account was currently banned.
