unable to to get picture for guild

when i go to my account and that lvl 3 faction guild i cant even select server name or guild is there a way i can send my characters name guild and picture to a gm or something???

    First I would try clearing your internet cache.
    You might also try using a different browser. (Chrome is known to work well where IE and Firefox have issues.)

    Lastly, yes, you can submit a ticket and get it done the old way. Send a screenshot showing your faction list. Make sure that it shows you as leader and that your faction is level 3. Also include the image for your faction. (16x16 .bmp (with alpha if you want transparency.))
