still banned without email

been banned on my main acc for about a month and a half, STILL there is no email in my inbox stating why, sent customer service 3 different emails asking for a reason and i never got an answer back....being banned from PWI was prob the best thing that happened to me, i actually have a life now haha but yeah i kinda miss this game so uh can i please get emailed a reason why before this thread gets closed? ~removed e-mail~

It sounds like your account was perma banned. In which case you should already know the answer. There are very few cases in which people legitimately get banned for that amount of time who don't know. For instance, a friend of mine was banned off the game. The excuse they gave him was that someone tried to log in on his account from a hidden IP. They banned the account (in their opinion)to save him from being ****. After numerous e-mails and service tickets they still did not respond to him. I finally found a number for him to call in which it took a few minutes on the phone and they unbanned him.

Everyone receives an e-mail. It is likely yours was probably put into the spam folder and you never saw it. Even when pay-pal stopped a transaction of mine b/c I made it from a different IP than usual, PW banned me. I of course called and got it straightened out, but I got an email immediately stating why I was banned within literally minutes of the ban. Search your spam folder back to when you recall being banned from the game. If all else fails, keep submitting tickets.

I was banned two times alread because of the PWI systen, that's says that my region isn't a valid region, there are many topics about this. But I had the answer of them in the other day.
