My games keeps crashing after the loading screen!!

BarbaBlanca - Lost City

so i get past the patcher but when is doing the loading animation and goes to the log in place its crashes

its funny because i was running the game a few hours back

i have run the game on admin

i have vista havent made any update or anything like that
100% positive if i was to send a ticket about this it would take about 1 week to actually get past the automated responses
and i dont want to redownload the game again.....thx
